To us, the Ab Mat looks and feels pretty ordinary and simple… You lay down on your back and you put this mat under the arch of your back. It allows you to extend to an even fuller range of motion while doing sit ups. Feel the burn. Of course, this mat is not limited to that one function, depending on how creative you can get with it, but we won’t urge you to use it for anything further.
